New pollution control equipment tested on July 23

Water Gremlin is pleased to report that its new pollution control equipment is being tested today. The test will measure the effectiveness of the pollution control equipment and results will be sent to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). While the equipment has not yet reached its full operating capacity, the information collected from today’s test will be useful as we make progress toward fully maximizing the equipment. An additional test will be conducted in the future, and those results will also be sent to the MPCA.

As stated in our July 15 update, the health of our neighbors is not at risk. An independent third-party specialist continues to monitor our emissions and provide results to the MPCA.
